JAC Metal Building Contractors was founded by veteran builders Jose Vera and Joe Espinoza in Montrose, CO. Jose began his career as an hourly labor employee, gaining valuable experience and developing a vision for a company that would exceed expectations in delivering quality work. Partnering with Joe, whose expertise and dedication were integral to the company’s growth, they brought that shared vision to life, establishing JAC Metal Building Contractors. From day one, the foundation to our family business has been built on honesty, quality, and unity—values that guide our work and define who we are.
